Addicted
How often did you feel that you are addicted to something/someone.
Feeling, that you want something more and more, someone more and more...
And when you don't have it, you start to feel so bad, like demolition of those who are drug-addicted.
In Yoga they say, that the less addicted you are to something, the more freedom you have.
My last addiction is Ginger Drink! Yoga receipt, by the way!
I boil some lemon+orange+ginger+honey for some minutes and then receive the most beautiful and tasty drink ever!
Would like to share this experience of making and drinking it with my friends who far from me right now.
Kisses to all of you! And if you are getting cold, Please, drink it!

My Life is in My Sketchbook
I also like to draw. And to collect things. I love glue and colorful markers- in Russia we call them 'flomasters'. So i put everything together and it seems to be endless process. As life is.
Have a look at my Sketchbook # 2.

BIG work finished!
For almost 4 month, together with a great and smart person, Carolyn Rush, we were working at creation of AIESEC International Annual Report.
Even though IT is my third annual report, this work taught me a lot. And I would like to underline, the work together with Carolyn and the team of collaborators, who contributed a lot to the writing of the report.
Here is the result. But even words will not help me to describe the experience!

Goodbye letters
Ones I have been in a one very good master-class around communication area. And the most amazing thing I heard there was: 'you as communication responsible of an organization should be ready to write about everything, also you need to be ready to write a necrology. Imagine that now you will have flights back home and airplane of some of your friends/colleges will not land....you need to write about this terrible thing which happened to all other people...'
This was a complete insight for me and I understood one more time the ultimate function of communication.
But what if you 'have died' by yourself. If something happen in your life and in your previous function/image/condition/status you just don't exist. How should you write about yourself?
What should you write?
What if other people also deleted you from their lifes, from their facebook accounts, from their calendars and from the web-page which you have been editing and now not.
How and what?
Time. Time will show. Yeap?
