City as playground

Really inspirational ideas from  Florian Rivière.  Hack the city is not only new urbanist movement, but it is perception of a city as a playground.
The great willingness to change the environment, to make it more comfortable for living.

And those ideas can be suitable to any country, even to  Russia, I think. I made a tick.
